As systemic changes continue to emerge in global credit markets, Madigan leverages our collective experience in non-bank funding over the past three Australian asset cycles to provide institutional investors access to the highest quality direct credit exposures, secured by real estate and social infrastructure assets.

While seeking out commercially optimal risk-adjusted returns is core to what we do, we are very mindful that behind the headline figures of institutions investment funds, there stand thousands of people whose life savings are entrusted with pension fund institutions – which, as managers of capital, is thereby entrusted to us. This fiduciary, social and environmental responsibility is not lost on us, and we consistently employ a best-of-breed, fundamentals based approach to assessing each of our investments with the ultimate beneficiaries of our investments first and foremost in our decision-making process.

As a non-bank private debt provider, we invest across all real estate and social infrastructure sectors in all stages from asset creation to mature income producing stabilised investments. We seek long term partnerships with borrowers committed to high quality assets or projects delivering sustainable long term returns where Madigan can offer more flexibility on terms or tenure than traditional sources of debt capital.

As a socially responsible corporate citizen, Madigan is also a proud pursuer of social infrastructure projects – and addressing the undersupply of affordable housing is a core focus of our social infrastructure group.
